Since founding the firm, I have sought a demanding practice, built on precise knowledge of the law, availability and loyalty to our clients.

Each matter is followed personally, from the first consultation to its resolution, by a team that shares these values.

The letter of Umar ibn al-Khattab on justice
The letter of Umar ibn al-Khattab on justice

Heritage

A tradition of justice

«البيّنة على من ادّعى، واليمين على من أنكر»

The burden of proof lies on the claimant, and the oath on the one who denies.

«فإنّ الحقّ قديم، ومراجعة الحقّ خيرٌ من التمادي في الباطل»

What is right is timeless; returning to it is better than persisting in error.

«آسِ بين الناس في وجهك ومجلسك وعدلك»

Treat litigants equally, in your regard, your court and your justice.

These maxims come from the letter on justice addressed by Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab to the judge Abu Musa al-Ash'ari. Fourteen centuries later, they remain at the heart of every proceeding: the burden of proof, the equality of parties before the judge, the duty to return to what is right.
